Gina Sepulveda, Owner of Castle Rock Assisted Living and Home Care
Gina has more than 16 years experience in Assisted Living & Home Care, starting in California where she managed several assisted living facilities in Orange County and started Assured Companion Care, Inc., a successful private California Corporation that provided In-Home Care Services to seniors and those recovering from injuries/surgeries in their own homes and Skilled Nursing Communities.
In 2006, Gina sold the Corporation and moved to Colorado to follow her dream of owning her own Assisted Living Facility. Through her passion, drive , family and community support, she and her husband now own and operate 3 Assisted Living Homes, Castle Rock Assisted Living. In 2015 Gina founded Castle Rock Home Care, Inc. ( A traditional licensed home care agency ) In 2021 she sold the agency and began the transition to offering clients the benefits of registry care services instead. Today Gina and her daughter Ally Martinez have spearheaded and mange the newest division of It Takes A Village in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Gina’s experience amplifies our shared belief that seniors who are able to age in a comfortable, at-home setting (with the necessary medical support of Home Health and Hospice) are the happiest.
In Gina’s spare time she loves to run, be outdoors , spend time with her family—especially her grandchildren, and playing tennis with her hubby.

"We’re Reinventing Home Care"
Throughout the years and from state to state Gina and Nikki have worked together and have witnessed how trends, rules and regulations in the industry have impacted both the Care Provider and Senior population. Together they are excited to combine their unique experience and expertise to create a new opportunity that works for Everyone! “Creating our Village where the Caregiver/ Domestic worker and the Senior/Client can come together and have the freedom to build a relationship that works best for them, truly allows the Senior to age in place in the comfort of their own home which brings us great joy! We feel it is our Collective Social Responsibility to care for our elderly & disabled. Welcome to Our Village. ” -Gina and Nikki
